Julian Emery is a graduate of Camborne School of Mines. He has a long career in the City of London as a mining analyst, having previously acquired practical mining experience in Southern Africa and North America. Julian has been a non-executive director of junior mining companies. His City career in the resources sector covered fund management, sales and research. He has been a rated analyst in the precious metals sector on several occasions, a guest speaker at several international conferences, and was in 2008 voted ‘Mining Analyst of the Year’ by the Association of Mining Analysts. He has worked for several leading stockbrokers and was formerly an individual member of the London Stock Exchange. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is registered with Gerson Lehman Group Council as a mining sector expert.
