KBR adopts a pro-active approach to the role of corporate broker providing:

• general communication with market makers and facilitating the placing of secondary stock
• advice and strategic input on research and PR related activities in order to facilitate general
awareness of the stock and specific fund-raising objectives
• a rolling investor relations programme so management can meet likely investors in a
fund-raising prior to formal marketing
• fund-raising services, where required, in both UK and overseas inclusive of one-on-ones
  and road-shows to institutional and wealth management sources of equity
